I collect Mexican folk art. I usually find it at estate sales. My dining room decor reflects my obsession. I sent my husband to an estate sale yesterday. The colors I painted this room were chosen because they were cheap, bright and available. I always cruise the “oops” paint whenever I’m in a hardware store. The colors most people reject are the colors I love. And you can’t beat the price. I have learned not to get hung up on wanting a certain color, I just go with whatever is funky and cheap. Kind of describes my life.

‘For Feng Shui Chicky’ LOL

I am working on the interior of the chic headquarters for a fabby girlz snowboarding brand. The girls that work there left me a cute note on a bright pink post-it note that said, ‘For Feng Shui Chicky’ attached to some furniture tear sheets. We chose a fabulous low voc (earth-friendly) hot pink-Yolo Colorhouse Petal. Fuschia for accent walls and low voc Divine Twighlight for the bathroom. Coming up next are eco-silk luscious draperies to frame the royal pink and white glow. I’ll post before and after photos here. Thank-you babes for my eco-chic Betty Rides re-usable shopping tote that says global love vibe in different languages.

Hi EVERYBODYEEE I feel like offloading all of my thoughts and dreams with the rest of you out there in cyberspace. Well today i got up and had to walk the dog which was a bummer.. but kinda fun.. I had him chained outside the supermarket while i dashed in and bought a nice medium tub of strawberry yoghurt (mmmm).. so i walked home eating that - yoghurt tub in one hand and poochie on the other (busy gal - lol) Got home and put my feet up for 5 mins.. Painted my nails fuschia as i had planned to go out to do a bit of shopping (life of luxury!!).. So went out to the shopping mall - took FOREVER to find a park.. I was getting a bit crabby with some of the annoying mother driver's getting my spot. grrrr!! but got in and then proceeded straight in the directions of SKIRTS!!! lol.. I also saw some reaaaallly FUNKii wrought iron curly mirrors. SOoooo meeeee..!!! This girl can shop! Got soooo much more i want to tell you about - but no time - i got my feet up (again) CYA xoxoxo
